Its not working, and there is no point in downloading it. I mean unless you want to decrypt it yourself...

I used to be a mod here, and not only that there is another section for CO dev.s or at least there was, and in there is a guide on how to decrypt the packets. Don't know if that helps or not, but if you can get in there you can probably get that guide and go from there, Though, it may not be word for word anymore as I'm sure they've changed the encryption keys.

Yeah, It's been a while, went through a bunch of crap, gained a lot of debt, got mugged which ended up in my face being stitched up, car died a couple times, moved to antoher state and just recently started a new job. Taken from "clearscreen" in the EO forum. I remember back when I was playing CO and they first made EO, they used the very same packet encryption. May not be that way anymore, but it's worth a shot.

there is still a "dev" forum here for CO,when some of the MODs get on hopfully they can add you in,your the only original(that i know of)lvl.2 ppl around,nice to have you back:)

no offense, but you prob wont stay around for long... but i may be wrong
