Not realy anymore, some people already got banned just because a turkish person asked for them.
More and more people lose their payment currently as well.

yeap, my friend just got his baron of the seas account banned permanently this week because he was trying to switch to turkish payment... sad :/ but back in the day it was very easy to do the "currency change"

You can play 10 hours with 7 hours off, but that doesnt mean you will be +10% after those 7 hours. At least used to be like that unless they adjusted some stuff.

think it has been revised. my experience is 8 hours off = 10 hours playing time and 1 hour + 10%.
7 hours 50 min off = no 10 hours and no +10%, so it is better to be 8 hours off then everything is fine: D: D
