Open your folder that is installed Metin2, and right click on 'syserr.txt' file, go to Properties, at 'Attributes' label, uncheck the 'Read-Only' checkbox. Click Apply > OK

iti merge dar nu cu toate optiunile,incearca sa dezinstalezi metinul si sa il reinstalezi iar,posibil sa functioneze

it`s working but not with all options,try to uninstal metin and instal again...try this maybe it works ;)
