Could you first download the newest version (2.2.0.6) and try it again because this version is not going to work.
If you still have problems after that you should try if you're able to play the game in IE.

Well it appears I cant connect on ie9

Well the login button pretty much doesnt do anything when I click on it

Edit: Yeah I can only get to the login page but Internet explorer doesnt let me click login

Could you check your IE settings? Maybe javascript is disabled or your security settings are too high.

Well I went into my security and it says its running java applets

Yeah well it says java applets are enabled so idk

You need to look for "javascript". Java applets is something else.
Also look at your privacy settings:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Should be at medium.

My privacy is at medium but javascripts isnt listed only scripts

Try these steps to enable javascript:
-Select Tools from the top menu.
-Choose Internet Options.
-Click on the Security tab.
-Click on Custom Level.
-Scroll down until you see the section labeled 'Scripting.'
-Under 'Active Scripting,' select Enable and click OK.

Javascript and cookies can cause problems like this but those settings are looking fine.
Have you maybe some security programs that are protection IE? For example firewalls, anti-virus, malware scanners?

Or do you have an other pc you can run the bot on? Because as long as you can't login with IE the bot is not going to work.

But i don't know how to change in german language.
