It is an addon, so you treat it like an addon and extract it to addons

Can I ask, how do I know when you have updated a UI?

Well I hardly update it.
I am providing what people are kind enough to provide.
All you need to do is check the upload time/date of the file.

PS: Managed to solve it, gives me error opening with Default Windows Explorer, I downloaded NanaZip from Microsoft Store and managed to open the .zip.

The file is .rar it is not a zip
I do not know why people use Default Windows Explorer extractor when I keep on saying it does not extract rar files.
Winrar and 7zip is free.
I had it saying in the first post, but people refused to read it and took the file and run. Then come back saying it does not extract the "zip" when it is not even a zip.

I see you're not mentioning which file you're referring to, so I'm left guessing a bit. Here's my point:
When people mention there's an issue, it's really helpful to know what the issue is. Without details, it’s tough to figure out how to solve it.
Also, I've noticed that people sometimes mention things like "add, what era, classic, Retail," but don't really explain what they're experiencing, which makes it harder to understand the problem.
I updated the addon, and it works fine for me. One thing to keep in mind is that it’s important to mention what software was used to extract the files. A lot of people seem to be using the wrong tool, and that’s often why things don't work as expected.
As for troubleshooting, if there's an issue with an add-on, the first step is to delete the saved variables and reinstall them. Unfortunately, not everyone does that, and they wonder why it's not working. I can’t fix that myself—it's something that needs to be done on the user’s end.
Hope that clears things up!
