Can I get a list of what anti-virus detectors are having problems with co2m8 3.17.
So far we have Avira can anyone confirm else that.

Another option is auto toggling buttons states(ctrls, shifts, etc)
but that usually leads to huge amount of confusion for the user and the OS.
That why I resorted to simple audio notification when you hear the double beep or the voice you got a few seconds to get safe and wait for the drop or abort the drop.
Some new simple tonal sounds for drop start and drop end would probably help the most, what do you all think?
That would be great.
and i meant disabling keyboard stream that goes toward the program, (making the program not reacting to keyboard while dropping ores - even so i don't know if this could be made but i suggest it)
don't get me wrong, i really appreciate your job, since your tool is the only "useful free tool atm" that can do a "GREAT" help to the players and i am not trying to get into your work just suggesting what's on my mind :)
Anyway, bg clicks seems to be very safe using them for couple of days now.

Sorry there's no plans for M8 to hook input for individual processes too much of a "can of worms"

TY and please keep up the suggestions everyone :)

CO2m8 Version 3.18
Is now available for game clients 5091 to 5396+

I got the 5396 tables all done for this this version so all the functions work again.
But I suspect at the highest risk level(DMA) its no longer safe without a unmodified CO client.

For me they just removed that last shred of interest in the game so I wont be playing for a while, which means it upto you guys to give me feedback on the issues so I can keep supporting M8.

Note: for your protection the structure of M8 has changed.
This means you cant put a older version of M8 in the same folder once you run this one.
Suggest you do backups of your current M8 folder before you run this one.

You have to set risk factor 3 and enable DMA in the L-menu.

Yes it can do background clicks, set click types to "All BG" in the L-menu.
If you do this you will need a hacked client or you will goto BJ.

Yeah easy to say, now show us the log from the scanner.

Versions prior to 3.18 had injection code for the client hack side of m8(now removed) that gave positives on some scanners, but those scanners also find positives in the TQ's client because their code uses virus like methods and my injections were just TQ code slightly modified.
On that note it must be said for a games producer they sure write some nasty malicious and intrusive code.
I have removed all the old versions of M8 to stop any confusion.

If anyone is still getting virus positives for 3.18 please let me know with full details.

For my own peace of mind(since I'm not immune to viruses either) I ran the M8 distribution executables through [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and got 3 positives in 37 scan engines.
As the positives are only Heuristic's from minor companies(Authentium,Sunbelt,F-Prot) that's pretty safe in my opinion but as always the choice is yours :)
