from me, we looks at the server and then is it botting ship or not. Then i will make comparison between others ship that has been sold or rate. Then we conclude the price base from experience :D

Yes I know, but as you can see it have 500k uri + and it still bot. So I leave the choice what to buy to the buyer ^^
