Hi, thanks for the kind review and mentioning this on epvp.

You are not the first one nor the last one to experience this. We're aware of people using other providers and then using us the next day with a ban - thinking the error's on our side, while the errors been that they bought a different, detected product before us.

I'm glad we could resolve your situation and you verified the problem is not on our side but some other, this should probably help others who had similar issue.

Chaos has a banwave. I don`t understand why to pay 300USD just to be undetected for 1month. You can buy cheaper hacks for 20bucks and can be undetected for 1month in some cases

Cheat provider relying on an outsourcer to provide a bypass, I don't know what people expected. Obviously detection can happen at any point in time, but charging 300 USD and claiming undetectable because "certain technology" from "someone big big very big" is used? brrr.....

Admin will blame your Spoofer or your computer for having problems then close the chat channel.
I bought Reported's Spoofer (which worked perfectly) to test it out:

Dude, I have same issue. I got banned after 3 games on NGR. on 3 different accounts, not I am just using spoofer and got to level 50

In your original post, you admitted to using reported.lol, which in the Fortnite scene is known to have issues. I don't know why you would rather believe that every person who wrote a review for us is fake as opposed to your spoofer being the issue. Pretty delusional, if you ask me.
