no, this version 0.8.4 02.rar does not work, one probably does so when a new version of the has made a new power

Please help me, I don't know where I am going wrong, I dled all the microsoft visuals put the cytriik into the S4 folder, I didn't have the _c folder, so there was nothing to delete, but when I start S4, the cytriik, doesn't do anything...
Please help!

Ich bekomme ständig den Franz. error obwohl ich alles so gemacht wie es im tutorial steht. o.o

Hab nen neuen acc gemacht...Training Plasma weg... und dann eben F11 -> Auswählen -> zack error
