You cannot blame noein not to release the hack... Because some people here said that he only leech and i think that's not true.. Sir noein's hack is made only by him. That's why we cannot blame him not to release the hack because he felt sad for those people who accused him for leeching and thats not true... Sir Noein i'm still believe in your work...

i hope that hack does not need any requirement netframework

Making exe program is coding or programming, use visual basic if you want it basic making exe file not C++....
