Some simple texture edits

I saw that you don't want requests to be posted here , I perfecly understand you , but could you post all that you finishe doing plz , and this way you won't have problems about 2 guys asking the same thing .

could there come an lvl 100 tao armor in black and red? and is there an possible way to make an lvl 0 tornado red? (ow i`m new by the way)

Could someone make a small list which includes the name of the file, place of the file and what the file is?
I have a DDS plugin on my Photoshop, and I`d like to edit the effects myself, just can`t find what I`m searching for :P


E: Oh, and is there a scripting tool or some way how I could get the 2nd rebirth vigor around my non rb tao? Just to make it look cool, though others can`t see it.
