Can this hack help me to get dio? cuz i did like 5 times the same dungeon and the boss didn't drop de gem, then i did it one time without the hack and the boss droped the gem

The Dio quest items are boss drops, not dungeon completion bonuses. In other words, since the hack doesn't drop EXP or items, you'll have to kill the boss yourself.

because the bypass that they use for the SD part of the hack is patched
