The bot always picks trophies, blue and purple armors (that's because I want my bot to behave this way : why not pick trophies ? They stack practically to infinity, take little to no room in inventory). As for armor salvageables, they give runes and insignia that can be worth some money.
The loot options menu merely add the option to pick the other blue and purple items.
If you want to disable those items pickup, you'll need to tinker with the code yourself to remove them. It's not very difficult, it's all in the function DefaultShouldPickItem in Utils.au3.
The bot will interact, including sell and salvage, with the items in the equipment bag, by default too. If you want to exclude that bag, you can reduce the Number of bags to 4 in the Run options.
