no need credit card;) my bro did putted real money in the money transfer he never used a credit card

Um, go a question, they did put money into my paypal account, but I can't purchase dbs with the money I have in the account because I don't have a credit card,
is there anyway to buy dbs using the moneys that I have in the paypal account and not a credit card?
