there is many changes during days of testing including beta testing, some of the balanced were made in previous projects and people really liked it. All we did is we made balance between the CH versus EU builds, and CH versus CH builds. We didnt want a server with 99 Europe char for 1 CH. I believe now server will be 50/50.Quote:
