Maybe, but then again every other AC in the industry other than FaceIT and ESEA still can't even manually review ban this (and they have to be looking really damn hard), and remember, this does not stop DMA cheating in these ACs, as if you look around you can find DMA cheats / firmware that function just fine on ESEA/FaceIT. TLDR: Currently even with the manual review they don't detect. Under intensive manual review, it is possible, but then if they are looking that hard because you are so blatant you are probably getting banned anyways. Also, Riot will not throw away valuable resources on something like this unless it has good reason to do so (Pro Tourneys, Radiant Top 10?, Etc.)
