Talked to Luke through a ticket. Response has a ok-ish time (far from being great) but it's lightyears ahead of A and W and others providers for sure. He assured that spoofer would work on my PC then went for the leap of faith and bought the lifetime license.

Now I'm waiting for the instructions and will update later with more info. So far so good!

EDIT: Unfortunately spoofer didn't work for me as my mobo isn't compatible (ROG Maximus XIII Hero). As we tried everything, in the end Luke offered a refund.
