So Ninja literally made a new discord after being detected , he deleted his old discord server/discord and made a new one . I’ve tried to reach out to this guy to obtain a new hwid reset and launcher before my sub time ran out but he told me that the key I gave him was not from him...?

Don't be mad and have some patience, No one deleted the server it was banned due to reports check my thread it's clearly mentioned and updated that the public server got reported!

I was banned. How can i reset my HWID?

So I started my subscription on 12 may and it was working on that day but as soon as Valorant update patch hit the next day cheat stopped working for me. I raised a ticket and ninja tried to help me. I did everything he told me but still cheat is not working for me and now he has stopped responding to my messages. So I paid $290 for cheat and was able to use it only for 1 day. Talk about a scam.

Be patient, I'm sure he will get to you asap. I purchased around that time and he got to me. its not a scam!

You have used it for quite a long time, It's working for others, so the issue has to be on your end, try reinstalling your windows

Been looking at the website status for couple weeks, looks like this cheat has a lot of down time and always gets detected. I would watch out for this cheat
