You cant use the official client for Vendetta. But i made a Update for the Multiclient Creator, now there a option for Nostale Vendetta Multiclient

Of what? IP and port of the P-Server?
Read the Client of the private server using hex editor

At the moment, I'm not at home to show you how to find.
But you may use a packet logger to gather the NsTeST packet and use the given IP after account login.

I would bet p-server don't use different ips for login- and gameserver.

TaskManager->Performance->Open Resourcemonitor->Network
Login to PServer
Check Nostale Process in Resourcemonitor
Login again
Read Remote IP&Port from TCP Connections in Resourcemonitor
Sometimes you have to Login multiple times
