I ran into a minor issue, sometimes the car you win each time you level up to 10, 20, 30, ..., is a traffic vehicle, so back up the persona directory just before leveling up to a multiple of 10.
The grinding to level 100 is lengthy and a bit misleading, the same as EA server. The rep increases linearly per level, but the rep required to level up increases quadratically per level. This means reaching level 70 is only half way to reaching level 100. Using a short (20 second) pursuit at Fortuna (drive to cooldown spot in either underground garage) as a basis, it will take over 3250 pursuits at about 40 seconds per pursuit (pursuit time + menu time), or about 36 hours of grind time. To see how this works out, I created level versus number of pursuits to reach next level table. To understand the table, at level 10, it takes about 3 pursuits to reach level 11, while at level 99, it takes about 83 pursuits to reach level 100.
