A few people have made their own battleye sig scanners. You could make different versions of the hack for different people, different purchase paths, see which ones get detected.
Imo, for a cheapo hack there is no point in weeding out AC accounts. If the devs buy 1 copy of your lifetime hack and they get 1 person banned and lose access to the hack, then they have broken even after the taxman and steam cut.
Tying hacks to hardware IDs, to steam accounts, needing to be connected to DMR servers, some anti leech and reversing mechanisms that phone home, monitoring what servers people play on (maybe you catch someone on a hidden AC test servers), all of these are possible detection vectors.
IMHO the way forward is to make your hack metamorphic if it is signatures scans that are getting you.
If you are adding DMR, make sure that you aren't getting people banned with it. Using a public hack or providing one, you have to be operating on the assumption that the minute it is released the AC people are working on detecting it.
