Yeah, I feel it was for a personal and unjust reason. I got banned for spawn killing but spawn killing wasn't in the server's ToS. I've been spawn killed multiple times on this server and the players didn't get banned for it. I didn't report it because the server's ToS didn't say anything about spawn killing. Therefore you can't get reprimanded for it. How do you break a law that doesn't exist? Yet they ban me for it without a warning, which they could have done and then updated their ToS to ensure it wouldn't happen again. However, I just noticed that now they have updated and added that rule in their ToS. Hysterical. I believe the ban was personal because I confronted the GM about his in game toon, which is the toon I spawn killed, and he had just removed me from Skype. It is a great server but my opinion is that it's not as equal as they say they are. The GM's at least. The players are great. I know a few things that don't need to be spoken of just yet

i feel ya.. we, me and my partner got perma banned on this server for accusing of using dual toon during Boss hunting and when we post the proof on the forum which is proven we were different IP's they delete it for a reason it may cause a drama.. " No Warning " was been given during that time and we ask about their proof that shows we were same IP's, they cant prove it.. i played a lot of server but i never encountered like this " Only on this server " .. well, what can we do, we are just only a player..
