It's because IDM is very buggy. Try leaving the server and enter again a few times. Sometimes you have to re-enter for over 5 minutes to get it right. ( I know it sucks).

I'm having the same problem( I have 19 pages of inventory) could that be the issue? has anyone had any luck with doing it recently since the servers are all laggy?

Edit: Got it to change, the effect and item look. Reset my 4% td pants at lvl 10 lol

I have done it with 1 page only, and it took me 5 minute to get it right.

And then I did it with 5 items only, and it took only 2 server try.

19 pages, wow.... I think you're going to spend a lot of hours getting all of those item changed... o-o

Maybe you should try it a few times, and do it when SOME of the items are changed.. then when you have all those items done, you can re-enter the server again and repeat the proces

Are you guys sure it's a page related issue? I deleted mine down to 23 pages but can't delete anymore cause it's all important Esper Chips and FPs :(

I think it does go by inventory though. Because on my alt with 8 pages it takes like 5 tries. After like 2hours of leaving a macro to click in and out of the server(also checking to see if anything changed) it became unsuccesful(Different account with 30 pages)

Use Lalaker's idm but I think it does not change the items in your inventory but only on you , so try it but not 100% sure I might try it after I eat something ;o
