You need to start first Game Server normal with no administrator settings and if they crash then start with administrator settings for me this work... I don't know if this is bug xD

Devil I found next problem. Mobs on map 2 not move even if it is set lock 0. On the map 1(Nosvile) move normally.

Mobs can move only on the map 1.
