can any1 tell me why i cant run apache for xampp?

I have a problem:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

i know he is already on [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
but he can't continue developping for several reasons..

I learn java now, to fix the bugs :D
My AION Server is in Java too.

And I make a server for all ;)

greate it'd be nice :D why don't you make a pvp server only? just a server for making pvps and creating tournaments and things like that maybe every week you can set an auto give uri for example 500000 uri per week and with that 500000 you must survive in a tournament :D

Don't be happy,Everyone Programmer from DO Section makes programs,help other peoples,and they do this for FREE? Maybe they want Some Donate'S for they work? Nobody Cares about them.......
