You copy what's in the description of the address and paste it into the value spot. Do this for each address. Each address has its own value.

If u mean its -137189371 or so, its because u did too much of the CP.

is there any CE address that keeps the jailer menu up? so i can go somewhere else and be able to exchange CP?

or if even possible the CP shop menu's?

For the CP or Merits pannels, just look on other topic, it have been released :)

Ex. when i put this value EB 6A 90 it appears like 126 00 46 and i cant change

right click the address and pick view as hex.
