Ah, yes it injects to dwm. but not to mw3 cause it runs external - so you dont need to inject a dll in a game. that would be internal if you have to inject a dll

Still you have to perform memory reads from the process, and that itself is enough for VAC to detect it.

I have an idea for "ultimate" external hack using Raspberry Pi and memory reads on hardware level. :)
