[DEVELOPMENT] 7.3 Gameserver + Current Databases + Debug Info

Update: We are completely able to log in, we still have a few things that do not work quiet right and can cause database corruption. But several Developers have come together as one for this project and we'd just want to take the time to thank everyone who has been involved up til this point. I will but updating the main page with my current materials shortly.

Current Progress: (Cans)

- Can boot Gameserver
- Can Connect Gameserver
- Can Login Account
- Can Select Server
- Can Select Character
- Can Create/Delete Character
- Can Login Character
- Can Logout Character
- Can Kill Mobs
- Can JLV
- Can LV
- Can Accept Quests
- Can Speak with NPCS

Current Progress: (CANT'S)

- Can't restart client (w/ or w/o logout)
- Can't see your character in-game (Only tested with 7.3 PH Client)
- Can't see your overhead hp bar (Only tested with 7.3 PH Client)
- Can't learn skills
- Can't warp from City to City
- Can't display HP/MP/Name Properly (TOP-LEFT Corner Window)

and i just realised that the current databases are outdated. go me and my inability to focus properly.

Oh, i think this a update for World of Tanks 7.3 with new Soviet Tech Tree xD :)

in Red are working on arabic client 7.3 files .

u can add to can'ts to summarize "if you have it " :
" Can't execute GameServer commands and in game gm commands "

The red can't can be working with an other sframe.

- Can Pick Up Drops
- Can Speak With NPC's
- Can JLV
- Can LV
- Can Speak in Chat
- Can Equip/Unequip Items
- Can WARP
- Can UPDATE Hair Color / Hair Style
- Can CREATE/DESTROY Guild
- Can be buffed (States are working -- BUT -- They do not give stats at this time)

(The above is what has been tested/fixed so far)

Cant's:

- CAN'T Repair Dura
- CAN'T Upgrade Belt's (Extra Slots)
- CAN'T Summon Pets
- CAN'T Learn Skills
