guys-Let me get this straight, it works for vista 32-64 windows 7 32-64 and xp 32-64. Follow this guys if it doesnt work :
GUYS GOOD NEWS IT WORKS ON VISTA 32BIT, BUT REQUIRES YOU TO FOLLOW THESE STEPS IF U HAVE VISTA. =)
STEP1: MAKE A FOLDER AND PUT xCeManx inside
STEP2: RIGHT CLICK AND CLICK EXTRACT HERE
STEP3:PUT THE FOLDER THT U MADE IN YOUR PROGRAM FILES
STEP4:right click XceManx and click create shortcut
STEP5: put shortcut in destop
STEP6: run shortcut as ADMINISTATOR u have too !
STEP7: TICK all the stuff u want AND RUN S4 LEAGUE

IF U GOT OCEANS ERROR LIKE ME, THEN U WILL HAVE TO KEEP ON RUNNING IT AS ADMIN AND SOON IT WILL ALLOW U IN BUT DONT WAIT FOR THE XTRAP TO EXPIRE(USALLY WORKS ON 2ND TIME).
