What if the encryption is dynamic?

Then you gotta decrypt dynamic.

Well, obviously, but i couldnt find anything about it. Can anyone help me with a software or give me a hint please, im stuck.

If you give no correct example nobody can help you.

I wish i could, but since its dynamic it changes every time i sniff, what example could i give, also im not a pro, everything i know about packets sniffing its from this tutorial and i understood pretty much everything, thank god i figured in my care its dynamic,but now im stuck.
