Easy Way to make a runescape Private server

I wasn't wondering something. How do I make a downloadable client? I'm new to this whole thing, so yeah. Plus, when I go to make my server on moparscape, it seems like I didn't even do anything. How will I know my server is connected to my No-IP?

there is no fucking working client download...
will one from another place be ok, or does it have to be that one?

Just use the client from the video tut, and edit the files. I will be sure to add a edit files tut soon.

Like i said on the guide, i suggest using Hamachi OR No.ip, if you don't know how to use either i can help.

I've tried connecting. I made my own client, and then a player client. I'm using 317, and it's not working. I did everything. ;(

hey ok i did the first way and everything went perfect but when i go to make my account to make it owner it wont open like tghe first little black screen doesint come up so ya if anyone can help thanks

i cant but il tell you better ok so what it is is that every thing is fine then it says oh make an account and 1 is for owner 2 is for mod blad blad blasd all that stuff but when i try to run the client to make my account it just dosent open for some reason
