First cabal online private server

i beileve vista users are screwed, we have all language packs pre installed, so it should matter, im still getting the "please restart for update message ", i think the way is to connect via proxy

WOW that's friggen sickk zer.
Anyways, I have a problem. I installed it and when I click on the " Cabal " application, it gave me this.
" This application has failed to start because KarasX2.dll was not found. Re-installing the application might fix this problem. "
I re-installed it 4 times. Any suggestions on a solution to help solve this problem?

well, i have tried updating cabal before patching, and i have tried patching without updates. both ways tell me it has to restart for updates when i try to login.

we need a proxy which i cannot get!

ive tried with a proxy. no change.
maybe i need an asian one?
