0. EXTRACT THE MULTIHACK IN THE S4LEAGUE FOLDER
1. Start the MultiHack
2. After core file downloaded, write in CMD line : 0
3. Enter and choose your cheats with 0/1
4. When the hack waiting S4Client, launch S4League with the bypass
5. The hack will hide and change ingame :)

I have it in my desktop and works perfectly.
