[release]1.5-2x attack speed for melee

the file given so i will just put it inside the datatable folder and thats it? or something to do first?

because after i DL this file i put it in my datatable and nothing changed and the file is on .rar

i like this stuff but the pots delay is kinda too much.. .3 secs cool down per pots? :D

btw, did anyone try to convert the russian language into english? and oh, can you cancel out the pots delay? thats the only thing i don't like about it.. :D

it's good if we know how to edit the item.edf into x1.5-x2 melee so we will be able to use it without 0 pot delay and in english language.

you can make your own item.edf basing it on what the TS had posted..
here's what i did..

1. open your English version of item.edf with hex
2. search for your armors [e.g. Int Temple Beam Head]
3. list or remember the offset address of the item [e.g. 005AD900]
4. find the offset address on the item.edf the TS had uploaded and compare the values so you know what values did he changed

i observed its the 113th and the 153th values are the one's who are modified
