Leveling questions

hey guys, I have the KFguide and as I am reading through it as I type. But from your experiences, what is the fastest way to actually level? I see some do quests all the time, some just grind, which is more effective?

Questing 1-25 and grinding 25-50 if you can grab some quests with you
