How to sell Gold Packs at Broker

I'm playing on GameForge Client EU.
Recently I have seen people selling gold packs at broker for about 100kk.
I have bought gold pack with aion coins and when i try to sell them at broker it says that it's untradeable.

So my question is, why i am not able to sell gold packs and other people can?
Are there any limitations or they are hacking?

I have 16 lvl.

before 1 month goldpacks is tradeable .now you can sell them only via gift.first ppl paid you and after you send goldpack as gift

Correct me if i had misunderstood you.
So 1 month ago gold packs were sellable and now after some patches they aren't? And the only method to sell new gold packs is to buy them as a gift for someone else?
