Refining

How do u refine weapons in Aion... been looking around and cant find it..

I am talking about having like a +4 greatsword!!

any help would be amazing

Ill edit my post in a few minutes and tell you.
Still in waitinglist and i dont know the name of the items.
But basicly its like this: You buy the (i call it Exctract powder for now).
With this Extract powder (costs about 1000gold) you can "destroy" other items.
The item will be destroyed and you will get a - lets call it - upgrade core.
With this upgrade core you can + your items.
The quality of the upgrade core depens on the lvl of the item.
This means: if u destroy a lower lvl item, you'll get a low quality upgrade core.
Useing this low quality upgrade core on a higher lvl item is just a bad idea because it has a higher failing rate.

I'll add some screens where to buy the Extract poweder when i'm ingame.

Edit: Costs 1246. Screen atteched. It's in the asmodien city.

Every General Goods Vendor sells Extraction tools. And about failing; It will lower refined item by one level, meaning if you have +2 greatsword and you fail to upgrade it, it becomes +1.

Even Manastones can fail when you attempt to socket them. If this happens, it will destroy all Manastones currently socketed in that item. And I speak from experience
