This is just a wild assumption but possibly your data.zip is corrupt. Fortunately that is one of the small files so perhaps try and download it again?

I tried it 5.. now im downloading all files again from both servers.. 4 hours left..

My downloads look like they are going to take about 20 hours / each..

does this sound right to anyone else?

Sometimes yes, but the estimated download time changes from time to time.. so no need to worry, I think..

20 hours each is good.. i had 5 hours each.. and look.. i cant play.. =/

I advice you to download the client from

has it's faster than the mirrors from the official chinese Aion Website(aion.sdo) and more reliable.

(Actually depends on your internet speed and ISP but I managed to download all the files within 30 mins).

After downloading them check the md5 as is mentioned underneath:
