Yes i am , and just Noanimation value doesn't work (no value found), Normal ATK speed value is found but when I try to change value , old value come back.

Open CE and than u need to load this CE Table make a Tick in the first Case [X] Adresse - Type - 1 For Noanimation !!

Ja klar läuft das unter Win7 und 64 Bit, warum sollte es denn nicht funktionieren (vorausgesetzt die Adresse des Users stimmt auch) und hatte nicht die Absicht seine Refs zu verteilen.. :P
