No it only works on the latest EU or NA 64bit client version

It's not really different for us than any other small update, just update your Account Manager and UnLimiter, that's all

It removes the 2 Aion Clients cap, so you can start as many Aion Clients as you wish, this function is build-in at the Account Manager, so if you use the Account Manager there's no need to use the UnLimiter

Downloading the Manager gave me this warning. Is this normal and why would it be flagged?

It's just a false positive, it gets detected as harmful cause of it's permissions to read/write in external processes. global hotkeys, overlay, modify files, requires admin permissions...

The Luna Daily script is causing a sendlog on the client when the character respawns after it dies for the mobs. I've watched it happen twice. Character dies, respawn, sendlog. This is on NA.

I know that it's not stable, and thus why I'm reporting it what I've found out.

Why does your character die? Are you using the non afk version? If yes, it is not the most stable and as for the sendlogs I cannot find a cause.
