Its good that you made this topic so that I can say this..

I've been all through the packed files ages ago but thank you for this way as well. My problem though is with the xml files. They are binary xml, I can decode them into a normal readable xml file but I'm courious if anyone knows how to set them back.

I think you have a misunderstanding of how these things work. Loot would in no way be handled via the client. I would be very surprised if it even had the data at all. The loot is calculated serverside and the information is sent to you. if it was easy as editing an xml then someone would be a *** by now.

If I have misunderstood what your looking for let me know. If it is only to see what mobs drop what then just do a google search for aion drops and theres entire websites dedicated to it and the chances.

Thanks, this is just to have the informations, not to modify it.
I already found gather ressources locations, mobs locations, i supposed mods' loots where in it too.

Many informations in the xml could be edited and would result in being a "***" so why not this one^^

Moreover, i need to fill my own database with those informations, and parsing website is kinda more annoying than parsing a simple xml. Plus, xml are always up to date, many site, for example, have wrong or missing ressources location.

That information is probably stored server side, not client side. So there will be no such files.
