Mmm... i dude why when i found the delay adress i found 1 adress for 1 skill(example stun)

and 1 more adress for bleed...


but at patch 124 someone share some static adress and it works for all skills

im so confused please coment...


btw i got recast addy but is not static and server ignore atacks when really coldown not end

but as i see the coldown can be reduced a little but not to zero
