How to have others connect to the server

My friend is getting a message about a network error that caused his connection to fail when he is trying to log in from his account. I can connect with his account and my account in my pc with no problems. What exactly is the fix for this? I gave him the whole folder of the game.

Are you using hamachi or ?

He has connect on your hamachi ?

He has connected to my hamachi, but next to DESKTOP BLA BLA there is a
trinagle with a question mark saying tunnel problem : Something wrong with peer connection.

and yes cmd is done
