The chances up to +20 were increased with patch 1.7.

For 4Ancient you need time that's a fact and won't be changed but it isn't hard at all. You may get more in touch with our concept and learn the way to receive your gear. Maybe you find a guild with some friendly people teaching it to you. I know enough ppl that played 2-3 weeks and had a 22xbow and 19-21gear. If you're more the inactive 4s-gamer and do not have much time we are surely not the server for you but that we never wanted to be.

I just said that it's hard to upgrade something above +20 and the server is the best I've seen.

I'm searching a good server atm. and dont want to spend time on a server which is offline in 3-5 months.

4Ancient has been online for about a year and a half. So you shouldn't worry about that. Besides P4Story we are also the best-visited server.

So let me see if I get this straight.

(7.) Speed (de)buff calculation
All positive and negative speed buffs now calculate your speed. This feature is experimental and may be changed or removed in the future.
- Example : -50% Mage slow + 30% speed buff = -20% speed
- Example2 : -50% Mage slow + -50% Summoner Slow = -100% speed
- Example3 : -50% Mage slow + 20% warrior off stance + 30% speed buff = normal speed

Taking Example 1.

Let's suppose you can evalute a character's speed numerically. So lets say the default speed for any character in 4Story is 100 SP (speed points).

-50% mage slow = 100 - 100*0.5 = 50 speed points
+30% speed buff = 50 + 50*0.3 = 65 speed points

So the difference in speed is 100-65 = 35, and therefore the final result is 0.35*100 = -35% speed and not -20% speed.

This is experimental and should be removed because it's simply wrong in all ways. The game's engine will never read the slope of the values the way you wrote them in the patch notes.
It's like saying if you're driving a car at 100mph and you slow down for 2s and then accelerate for 2s, you'll be at 100mph at the end anyways even though the car doesn't slow down at the same rate that it accelerates.
