when i am creating a new character and i try to play it says Unable to find the World.Please try later

Hey everyone , I don't know any German so I write in English.I also don't know if this is the right section of the forum.I have a great problem when trying to open 4story EG ....When I log in with my account the screen turns black and a massage pops up saying "Unable to find the world.Try again later"...???? What is this? What should I do to fix it? Does anyone know more about it? PLEASE HELP I AM DESPERATE :( Thanks in advance
Unable to find the edited monster.dat

Well, I've been looking all over, and I scoured the link list more then once, and I have been unable to find the edited monster.dat file - the one that prevents you from left-clicking on monsters. The reason I am looking for it, is because it would make macroing my archer in lab much easier - and also because I would like to release the edited monster.dat(with credit) alongside my archer lab macro that I'll be pushing out soon. If anyone could find it, has it, or knows where it is, any help...
