Well, it's not a PvP-Server.. you can't even get any Cash-Items without donations.
It's pretty easy to get up to +16~ without cash.. but it's hard to fight against people who paid already and got stuff like +22-24 PvP. A Private Server should offer some ways to have success without giving out any money.. so if you would add some ways to get any cash items, it would be more interesting.

This is a **** server,only if you shop you can upgrade yourself -.- You must upgrade with scroll +1,but up to +12 fails >.< The server is fixed,but there are not New color

Köhömm this is true but not always sometimes reaches at +18

Goap without scroll +3 it's very hard to upagrade.. i thin you need to change the drop from mob and let all to drop scroll +3 from mob,or keep it in merchant
