Try to DL it at different time. Say early morning. I DL'ed the client from the site itself.
First time i tried, the speed was like between 20-30 kbps. But try early morning(phil time) and the speed should be fine.
And also, dl speed may vary with you isp. idk, just came to think of it. lol
