"100% totally clean" don't write that kind of bs please. For a person that knows what he's doing, he could easily include keylogger or anything worse than that. Yes, that file might possibly be completely clean, but it can also be a virus.
I'm not saying this is a virus, I'm only saying there's always a possibility no matter what a virus scan says. When you say "100% totally clean" you're saying "there's absolutely no danger at all so people you can download this without the risk of getting virus infected" which is so not true.
Instead you should say "There was no harm detected/found in the virus scan, but people, you should still be causious and download at own risk".
