Convert to Hex.. Stealth = F8 06

It's possible you got caught before and the client did IP ban. (yes it does)
Solution:
1. Try download it again and overwrite it.
2. If you have dynamic. Disconnect and reconnect internet.
3. For router user: Turn Router off and on.

Allright, I know that this used to work when I played on freeshards, in case it doesnt, feel free to close this.
Its simple really since Im referring to this thread.
Get nejis tool, extract it and create a .bat file containing this:
HideX.exe wpe.exe

I DID NOT MAKE THIS, I JUST FOUND IT.
