is there a trick for that too?

i actually don't know Wat type of server i am playing on right now... i just have an idea that its a mangos server... that too i came to know though Google search...

for example..i wanna use eq lvl 81.. for my char lvl 80..

I dont know any and i dont think there is some. Anyway you can wear high lvl items without level reguirements (quest rewards) on any lvl. But its soulbound so you need soulbound trade. And afaik there is not any soulbound trade right now (maybe there is some private method...but i tried to do it and got stuck half way...).

So answer is NO

Hi guys i am new on this "world of WPE" so i need a quets.. can u tell or help me how i can buy any tier without tiers.. so the server that i play its xp rate x7 and i am lvl 80 and i like have tier 8 , and i have a friend that he know how to use WPE to buy the tier without tokens... so plz help me

Long time ago there was a way how to buy any item for free (without gold, tokens, honor, etc)...

It was necessary to DRAG the item from vendor to your inventory...
Filter changes amount from 1 (you buy 1 armor/weapon/...) to 0 so you actually buy "ghost" item (zero amount item) which reduces the price to zero.
Its fixed on 99,9% servers...and its bannable (its not hard to search server database for items with zero amount and ban owners).

Anyway you can be lucky and it works on your server or it can be server specific bug/some new way...

i tried wpe on jade dynasty but doesn't seem to work... i used a dmg spell on a monster (ofc always the same mob). At all recordings i found sth similar:
first a 3. adress sends 00 to itself (shown as send)
after that 3. adress recieves it from itself (shown as recieve)
and after that comes what i guess is my sent spell (it are the only 2 sends) but it is always completely different, the only matching is the size.
